The Product Marketing Lead is responsible for managing promotion of Corva’s product solutions to its global audience. Their duties include working closely with product and commercialization teams to understand company’s products, product roadmaps and driving value-based marketing strategies to attract customers in support of business and revenue objectives.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Ability to translate core product messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Drive an audience-centric marketing approach within the organization, ensuring that messaging, content and campaign strategies are centered around customer buying needs, pain points, and personas
  • Develop and socialize marketing plans, sales enablement plan, and launch plans
  • Devise product positioning, value propositions and messaging that resonates with target buyers
  • Partner with marketing peers to produce relevant content for target customers across the customer journey, including digital content, product sheets, case histories, presentations and other online content
  • Assist in product naming by providing market, competitive and customer context
    Manage launch planning and coordinate the execution of the launch plan in partnership with marketing peers and program management
  • Provide market and buyer insights to drive the development of campaign strategies including awareness and demand generation
  • Develop competitive comparisons for use in positioning solution against similar offerings
  • Develop voice of customer content including customer references, testimonials, etc for external and internal use
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell strategies across platforms
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, driving ROI and KPI performance from sales and marketing efforts
  • Maintain awareness of industry innovations and new marketing techniques

 

Qualifications and Skills, Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or similar
  • At least 5+ years of product marketing or relevant experience
  • Ability to conduct market, competitor and customer research to gather insights and assess market opportunities
  • Ability to create compelling and effective value propositions and messaging strategies
  • Strong accountability and project management for tasks without close supervision
  • Critical thinker with strong writing, communication presentation development and delivery skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Proactive, organized and efficient with high standards for grammar/visual consistency & accuracy
  • Creative and innovative
  • Highly collaborative, able to work across functional teams
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. The ability to influence and work collaboratively with sales, marketing and product development teams
  • Able to handle stress and make decisions in complex scenarios

 

Qualifications and Skills, Recommended:

  • Upstream Oil and Gas experience
  • Data-driven attitude with the ability to provide solutions under pressure
  • Experience at a SaaS-based, B2B technology company is a plus
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Platform
