We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Regional Marketing Lead. As the Regional Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth within identified geographic region.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team and regional management to develop a comprehensive regional marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives. Drive customer-centric value messaging across global marketing deliverables.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences, and competitive landscape within the region. Utilize data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, events, and social media, to effectively reach and engage target customers.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and communications within the region, and that brand guidelines and standards are maintained.
- Global Event & Tradeshow Execution: Proven ability to develop and implement effective event marketing strategies to drive attendee engagement and maximize lead generation. Strong communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with global event partners, exhibitors, sponsors, and vendors. Experience in post-event evaluation and analysis, leveraging insights to continuously improve future event strategies and outcomes.
- Team Oriented: Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment while developing and implementing marketing initiatives.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and delivering measurable results within the allocated budget.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing support, sales, product management, and external partners, to align marketing efforts and achieve business goals.
- Performance Measurement and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Provide regular reports and analysis on campaign performance, ROI, and market trends to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a regional or territory-based role.
- Knowledge and understanding of oil and gas industry is a plus
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive marketing decisions.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
